The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed a 37.5 KVA transformer in the town of Morón in the municipality of Santa Bárbara de Tapirín, in Monagas.

The installation was achieved thanks to the joint work between CORPOELEC and the government of Monagas.

Roselis León, responsible for the Organization of the PSUV in this town, explained that the request was made by the community, and the regional president, Ernesto Luna, personally delivered the equipment.

“This new transformer will substantially improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of this sector, particularly in the electrical service,” said León.

For her part, the community leader, Iliza Lorena Barreto expressed her gratitude to Governor Ernesto Luna, Mayor Carmen Tillero and the municipal political team of the PSUV, for responding to this request.

“Our president Nicolás Maduro has a tremendous team here in Monagas, and especially in our Santa Bárbara de Tapirín municipality, because we see how every day we respond to the different needs of the people, not only in public services, but also in health cases,” he said.
