CORPOELEC activates the 1×10 Special Case Care Plan for Good Governance in the Capital District

In order to provide a timely response to requests reported by the population, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) activated the Good Governance 1×10 Special Case Care Plan in the Capital District.

The deployment involves the mobilization and integration of technical and operational personnel from different regions of the country, who together with the local workforce make up more than 25 crews distributed in the Service Centers of Greater Caracas.

The work involves a continuous pace to diagnose, classify and solve more than 250 daily cases admitted through the VenApp line, carrying out maneuvers to deal with faults, replacement of components in the distribution network, vegetation control and preventive maintenance.

In addition, the workforce is carrying out electrification projects and special adjustments in the sectors that were affected after the contingencies registered by the June seismic events, guaranteeing comprehensive care for the capital's communities.
