The Constitutional Chamber Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) unobjectively certified this Friday the results of the presidential elections of July 28, which gave victory to President Nicolás Maduro for his third term (2025-231).

In the ruling of the highest instance of the Judiciary, it is emphasized that, “based on the expertise carried out and verified in an unrestricted and unequivocal manner, and based on the report prepared by highly qualified and qualified national and international electoral experts, who guaranteed the highest level of technical and legal excellence; it unobjectively certifies the expert electoral material and categorically confirms the results of the presidential election of July 28, 2024, issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE), where citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros was elected President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the Constitutional period 2025-2031”.

In this regard, the Constitutional Chamber urged the CNE “to publish the final results of the electoral process held on July 28, 2024, for the election of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Electoral Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela , as provided for in article 155 of the Organic Law on Electoral Processes.”
