Congresswoman Flores: People from the country's neighborhoods identify with President Nicolás Maduro

The first combatant of the Republic and deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Cilia Flores de Maduro, assured that people from the country's neighborhoods feel identified with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, “as part of that supportive family that exists in the neighborhoods.”

The statement was made by Flores, referring to the artistic work carried out by the young rapper J urbel Ascanio, a native of the José Félix Ribas neighborhood of Petare, who has composed songs for the 1×10 campaign tour, 1x10x7 and now for the program “With Maduro de Repente”.

In this sense, he said that “it is listening to the feeling of a neighborhood, its expectation and identity. You listen to it and identify yourself.”

“In neighborhoods we are family, that's why people identify with President Nicolás Maduro, because they feel like part of that supportive family that helps each other, that value has been rescued a lot among people and we receive it from everyone,” he said.

This was expressed during the radio program “With Maduro Suddenly”, a space hosted by President Maduro, where he stated that “that is what we are seeing right now”.

Flores added that a lot has been rescued in Venezuela, “that value of solidarity between people and we also receive it from everyone with so much love.”
