The first female fighter and deputy of the National Assembly (AN), Cilia Flores de Maduro, assured that members of the extremist opposition always abandon their collaborators and supporters of their actions of violence and attempted coups.

“Intellectual authors who are outside of Venezuela (...) use people, trick them, get them into tremendous trouble and then abandon them, those people are there, sentenced to 30 years, both civil and military,” he said.

He made the assertion when referring to the detainees of the recent revealed conspiracies against the country, recalling that “the material perpetrators accepted the facts because they were seized by the people, who identified them and where they were and the security agencies immediately acted”.

This was stated by Flores, in the broadcast of episode number 6, of his weekly podcast “Maduro Podcast”, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“It was truly impeccable and those people confessed everything they did, how they did it, when they did it. In this trial, everyone is sentenced to 30 years,” he said.
