On Wednesday night, representatives of the Democratic Republic of the Congo arrived in the country, who will accompany the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, in his swearing in this Friday, January 10.

The delegation was received by the Minister of Industries and National Production, Alex Saab, and the Deputy Minister for Africa of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yuri Pimentel.

The representation was chaired by the first vice-president of the Senate, Kalala Wa Kalala Jose, and by the son of the Congolese president, Tshisekedi Anthony.

In addition, two senior officials were accompanied by the chief of staff of the first vice president, Muaka Muaka Roger; legal advisor Kabeya Tshimbundu N'Kulu Ntita Roger; communications consultant, Lwambwa Tshala Anita; and assistant Ngoyi Mbaya Albert.
