Community Roof Plan completes work in the Guaritos VII sector of Maturín

The waterproofing work was successfully completed in the Guaritos VII community, located in the Alto de los Godos parish of Maturín, Monagas state, as part of the Community Roof Plan.
The work made it possible to condition the roofs of houses and infrastructure in the sector to ensure better protection and quality of life for its inhabitants.
The regional director of the Ministry of Public Works in the entity, Carina Caraballo, reported that the work achieved 100% technical execution, which directly benefits 750 inhabitants of the community after achieving the complete rehabilitation of 24 multifamily buildings.
He explained that the intervention covered a total of four thousand 800 square meters of roof slab, using a technical approach that included the scarification of the deteriorated mantle, the application of a primer, the placement of asphalt layer and the final coating with aluminized paint to provide greater durability to the structures.
