On February 3, 1930, the revolutionary leader Nguyen Ai Quoc, better known as Ho Chi Minh, founded the Indochina Party, the current Communist Party of Vietnam (PCV).

“The Communist Party of Indochina has been founded. It is the party of the working class. To help the proletarian class lead the revolution to fight for all the oppressed and exploited. From now on, we must raise the party,” said Ho Chi Minh.

The party, together with its people, achieved independence, and then built a socialist economic model where the working class is the main protagonist.

Vietnam's achievements over the past 94 years under the leadership of the PCV demonstrate that its lessons still maintain their contemporary values and their relevance. In addition, it evidences the fact that the leadership of this party is always the primary factor and decides the victory of the Vietnamese Revolution.
