On October 22, 2006, from Valencia, Carabobo state, the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, called for the prevention of destabilization and the alteration of peace in Venezuelan territory.

“We are going to do everything to avoid, we have to avoid, we have to avoid an ambush here, we have to prevent them from disturbing the peace, right? They are not going to be able to, so I better advise them to forget about these destabilization plans because Venezuela, at this point, is not destabilizable, we are not going to be able to destabilize,” he said.

He also called for deepening the Socialist Revolution and the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela. “In any case, I say all these things so that we can raise our spirits, our optimism and the certainty that we will live and that we will triumph,” he warned.

“The most powerful force that can move any cause on this earth, in this world. The phrase, women of my homeland, women of the great Homeland, is by Víctor Hugo; this phrase is by Víctor Hugo, carry it in your mind and carry it in your soul for the battle and for the victories that will come in the future”, stressed the Bolivarian leader.

Finally, he added that the most powerful force, which is thousands and thousands of years old on this earth “and will exist forever: Love, love, love. Love, love, love.”
