Coal mine explosion left 12 dead and eight injured in Pakistan

This Wednesday, Pakistani
officials reported that the explosion of a coal mine in
the province of Baluchistan
left at least 12 workers dead and eight others injured.
In this regard, the mine
inspector of
Baluchistan, Abdul Ghani Baloch, explained that the accident occurred on Tuesday night, due to the accumulation
of toxic gas inside the mine; the
twelve who perished were inside, while the eight who were
injured while trying to rescue their companions.
According to what was
published on the website of the Xinhua agency, the injured miners were taken to the nearest hospital.
