CNE published an operating manual for the Electoral Board

The National Electoral Council (CNE) published, on its website, the Electoral Board Manual, which includes general information necessary for the proper functioning of the voting stations during the electoral event scheduled for July 28.

According to the presentation of the aforementioned manual, it details aspects that guarantee foundations such as: the principle “one voter, one vote”, through the Integrated Authentication System (SAI); the journey of voters through the electoral precinct, from their arrival to their departure, as well as the guarantee that the counting, an expression of the democratic exercise of sovereignty, is effectively materialized.

It also contains the acts that must be performed before, during and after the electoral event, such as: installation, constitution, voting, counting and citizen verification.
