These artists, outstanding in areas such as dance, singing, music, dance and cinema, have left an indelible mark on the cultural heritage of Monagua.
In this regard, the president of CLESM, Reinaldo Astudillo, highlighted the importance of this recognition to preserve and value the traditions of the region.
The Commission for Scientific, Historical and Sports Cultural Heritage of the state of Monagas will send the application for declaration to the governor of the state of Monagas, Ernesto Luna for approval.
As part of the commitment to the preservation and promotion of the region's cultural legacy, the session considered the possibility of requesting the Cultural Heritage Institute, an entity attached to the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, to declare each of these cultivators as Patrimonial Bearers of the Nation, to recognize and safeguard the invaluable contribution of these artists and creators.
