Due to the strong atmospheric instability recorded since the early hours of this Tuesday, October 27 in the western coastal area of Falcón state, regional authorities report an increase in waves that mainly affects the municipalities of the Paraguaná Peninsula and the western Falconian region.

In this regard, the director of Falcón Civil Protection, Yoe Cabos, explained that the phenomenon of the deep sea occurs most intensely on the coasts of the Carirubana municipalities, in Punto Fijo and Los Taques, in Amuay, reported on the Latest News portal.

According to the official weather report, the instability system is highly intense in western populations such as Capatárida, Casigua, Quisiro and Dabajuro, with a constant trajectory moving towards the Paraguaná Peninsula.

Cabos indicated that the phenomenon is accompanied by precipitation of varying intensity and permanent electrical activity.

Faced with these adverse weather conditions, the Regional Directorate of Civil Protection issued several preventive recommendations, such as the suspension of sails of smaller boats and rock formations.

“Coastal communities are urged to keep an eye on official bulletins and instructions from security agencies,” he emphasized.
