Commander Hugo Chávez, during the campaign for the presidential elections of October 7, 2012, urged revolutionaries to make a major offensive to guarantee victory.

“With arguments, with ideas, we have to go and convince the undecided. There is a large group of undecided, of indecisive, we are going to convince them, to convince them; some who may be confused as a product of the campaign, the psychological war that scares some people, we are going for them; we are going for the new voters,” said Commander Chávez on July 1 in the state of Aragua.
