The Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, on March 29, 2012, stated that there are many elements to think about the scenario of bourgeoisie violence because they don't really believe in democracy.

“They believe in so-called bourgeois democracy, the one that prevailed here for almost half a century, but true democracy, the popular one, is the protagonist,” said Chávez, from the Teresa Carreño Theater.

Chávez stated that the stateless bourgeoisie says “that there is a tyranny here, that I am a tyrant and that they are the democrats”.

“But never again will they govern Bolivarian Venezuela, free and independent Venezuela,” he said.

He also emphasized that the bourgeoisie has already begun to set up the scene of violence. “We must alert the world and, above all, alert our people, our Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the intelligence bodies.”

“The United States Government is behind this plan, together with the Venezuelan bourgeoisie and its allies in various parts of the world. We have to report it,” he added.

In that sense, he argued that the Bolivarian Revolution is a guarantee of peace, of development, while the Venezuelan bourgeoisie is the guarantee of violence and chaos. “They don't have their own project, they don't have leadership, what they have is hatred against the people, against the Armed Forces, against the Homeland,” he added.
