On August 15, 2012, Commander Hugo Chávez urged grassroots structures to convince those who are undecided of the advantages of voting for the Bolivarian Revolution on October 7 of that year.

In this regard, he called for the organization of 1x10 to guarantee the victory “which is not Chávez's, the victory is for the continuity of the Fatherland,” he said from the Municipal Theater of Caracas.

He assured that the streets belong to the people and urged Venezuelans not to let themselves be taken away from the rights acquired in the revolution.
