Chávez Undefeated: Let the International Monetary Fund die

During the Aló Presidente program number 209, Commander Hugo Chávez, pointed out that El Caracazo is a date that cannot be forgotten, because it is an event in which the Government of Carlos Andrés Pérez massacred the Venezuelan people and handed over the country to the Fund International Monetary Fund (IMF).

In this regard, he explained that El Caracazo comes from a popular outbreak for many years, where the Fourth Republic deceived the People with false speeches.

In addition, he guaranteed that the Bolivarian Revolution will never betray the People of Venezuela.

“The IMF is bankrupt, by the way. Let the International Monetary Fund die, let it disappear; history will take it away, that is an imperialist mechanism to plunder the Peoples,” he said on February 27, 2007 from the Miraflores Palace.
