Chávez Undefeated: 27F was a day of Popular Rebellion

Commander Hugo Chávez, during an event commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Caracazo, pointed out that this date is a day of insurrection and a day of liberation of a people.

“It was a day of Popular Rebellion on 27F, within that mass there was an awareness of struggle, of battles,” he emphasized on February 27, 2009.

He stressed that the 27th of 1989 was the most important political event of the 20th century in Venezuela, while inviting us to study the details of this event.
