The Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez insisted that a revolutionary can be dissatisfied, dissatisfied with reasons and criticize, “but that doesn't mean that they are going to support the bourgeoisie, because that is a betrayal of the Revolution.”
Chávez argued that the Revolution can be criticized, “but this is the path to the salvation of the Fatherland, that no one should be mistaken, that no one should let me confuse”.
From Juan de Urpín Avenue, Anzoátegui state, on July 12, 2012, Chávez emphasized that the Venezuelan people have been acquiring a great degree of maturity and awareness, and “we have demonstrated this over the years.”
“The bourgeoisie is going to try to exploit, to sow doubts in the people, but we cannot fail, because what we have here in our chest, in our hearts, is love of the good for the people and for those most in need,” he said.
In that sense, he urged all revolutionaries to defend and preserve independence over any problem, discontent.
