Chávez Leader: Every Venezuelan Soldier Must Be a Revolutionary Soldier

From the state of Bolívar, on September 13, 2008, Commander Hugo Chávez ratified the revolutionary role of the soldiers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

“That no one feels uncomfortable, that no one feels itchy on their body because they hear the word Revolution, no, every Venezuelan soldier must be a revolutionary soldier, every Venezuelan soldier must be a Bolivarian soldier, that's our role, that's why we were born in this land 200 years ago when the leader of leaders Simon Bolivar commanded this armed force and this people,” said Commander Chávez.

He stressed that in Venezuela “we have resumed the path that had been lost and from this path of the Homeland, of greatness, of the Bolivarian Revolution, of peace for our people, of integral development for our people, no one will separate us”.
