Chávez Invicto: We have to dress in humility and be profoundly self-critical!

From the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas, on December 18, 2010, the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, praised the creation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and called for the reunification of patriotic and revolutionary forces.

He stated that the PSUV “must be, not an engine, a thousand engines together with the People, always driving and ensuring strategic direction, strategic direction and viability, the permanence of the Bolivarian Revolution and compliance with the constitutional project and the Simón Bolívar National Socialist Project.”

He stressed that, “beyond the party, we have to increase efforts for reunification, reunification of patriotic forces, Bolivarian forces, revolutionary forces, nationalist forces.”

“When we talk about transiting, leaving capitalist political culture, we are doing a profound self-criticism (...) the cadres, we must all be accompanying the People spiritually first of all, a spiritual accompaniment, going to where they suffer to suffer with them, to argue, to be questioned, to be Jamaican, to be scolded by the People, who are the owners of true power”, emphasized Commander Chávez.
