During the historic speech of that December 8, 2012 from the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas, the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez called for the unity of the patriotic forces under any circumstances, to continue kneeling on the ground.

“There will be no shortage of those who try to take advantage of difficult conjunctures to maintain that commitment to the restoration of capitalism, of neoliberalism, to end the Homeland,” warned the Supreme Leader of the Bolivarian Revolution.

Faced with the circumstances of new difficulties, whatever their size , he emphasized that “the response of all and all patriots, revolutionaries, those of us who feel the Homeland even in its viscera, as Augusto Mijares would say, is unity, struggle, battle and victory”.

Today we have Homeland, let no one be mistaken. Today we have Pueblo, make no mistake about it. Today we have the Homeland more alive than ever, burning in a sacred flame, in a sacred fire,” he said.
