Chávez Gigante: They say that in Venezuela and Cuba there are tyrannical governments while applauding Israel

The leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, criticized that they accuse Venezuela and Cuba of having tyrannical, genocidal, murderous governments, while applauding what Israel is doing, “because it is defending its people and they are silent in the face of tremendous tests.”

“To me, there are even Venezuelans who have gone to report me to the International Criminal Court, but they don't have a single piece of evidence nor will they have it,” Chávez said from Montalbán in Caracas, on January 6, 2009.

He also asserted that it is a shame that they justify Israel's murderous government. “The president of Israel should be brought to the International Criminal Court together with the president of the United States, if there were shame in this world,” he added.

“Fidel Castro is also accused of being a tyrant who persecutes the Peoples and is a murderer, on the other hand the one in Israel is a man who is defending his people, how wonderful! , what cynicism there is in the world,” he said.

In that sense, Chávez called on the world, to the hearts of children, to the truth, to respect international laws, international law.

“What if they were your children, under bombs, at night, during the day, women, the elderly? Are they cowards, besides cowards, are they bombing innocent villages?” , he asked.
