CENAL creates literary seminar to train new women writers

The seminar In the Footsteps of Teresa de la Parra is a new initiative created by the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, in coordination with the National Book Center (CENAL).

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the Venezuelan Storytelling Workshop School (ESTANAVE) will be responsible for giving the seminar at the initiative of CENAL and coordinated with the National Experimental University of the Arts (UNEARTE).

It is important to note that classes will be taught virtually/asynchronously using the ESTANAVE video account and instant messaging. In addition, registrations are now open until February 23 and will have a digital certificate endorsed by UNEARTE.

The seminar will be aimed at Spanish teachers in secondary, general and technical education facilities, who will be able to acquire tools for reading and writing training, taking as a starting point, the stories of one of the most important Venezuelan writers of the 20th century.
