The Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies Rómulo Gallegos (CELARG) reported that next Friday, April 4, the exhibition called “Letters from a Liberated Continent. 50 Years of the Ayacucho Library” will open.

In this regard, through his Instagram account, he specified that the activity that will start at 1:00 in the afternoon, in the Luis Britto García Reading Room, will show the evolution of our American thought through literature.

“As a cultural bastion that faces the colonial threat that is still in force, and which the region fought 200 years ago, with the battle of Ayacucho, this celebration is part of the tribute for the 50th anniversary of the Ayacucho Library,” said CELARG on the social network.

Visitors can enjoy the exhibition until 4:00 in the afternoon, and it is an opportunity to recognize the literary and cultural richness of the collections of the Ayacucho Library, which bring together the most representative voices of the continent.
