This Wednesday, the Villa Tatiana Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI)
was reinaugurated, located on the Petare-Santa Lucía national highway, in the Paz Castillo municipality, which will serve 27 communities in the area.
The governor of the state of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez , explained that
the conditioning work was carried out through the 1x10
of Good Government, in coordination with the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology,
the mayor's office and the People's Power.
“In
Miranda state, we are repairing 26 CDIs and so are those with SRI (
Integral Rehabilitation Room). Now we have given it the Infocenter, which has optical fiber
to improve the communication of the People's Power, students, emergency
requests,” he said.
After thanking
the support of Miranda's godmother and
Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, the Governor explained
that the health center has general medicine,
24-hour emergency, hospitalization for adults, electrocardiography, gynecology, X-rays,
laboratory, ultrasound, intensive care, nursing service,
vaccination, community doctors and will soon have an endoscopy service.
In addition, it has
an SRI that provides physiatry, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy,
thermotherapy, gym and occupational therapy services. “A better future is to finish
building the houses, schools, CDI, all those things that we are
working on. We have everything we need to live in
dignity,” said Rodríguez.
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Application of Scientific
Knowledge of the Ministry for Science and Technology, Alberto
Quintero, highlighted the importance of working together as a single
government to achieve the goals. “It's not about what the ministry is, it's the
government, we are all, we are all one and this is a reflection of a
policy that has been sustained over time and that is still possible (...) In the midst
of war, of attacks, in the midst of the siege, this is the answer that we can recover everything that
needs to be recovered,” he added.
In addition, during the day, multiparameter monitors, clinical and gynecological beds, electrocardiograph, defibrillator, autoclave sterilizer, blood pressure monitors, oximeters, glucometers, nebulizers for children and adults, medicines and medical supplies, as well as sheets, mattresses, televisions, refrigerators, industrial kitchen, desks, chairs, computer equipment, among others, were delivered to the CDI.
