Casa del Artista held a master class on professional protocol

The Casa del Artista Foundation held the masterclass “
Protocol Masterclass”, aimed at strengthening communication skills,
professional image and etiquette in work and institutional environments.
The activity took place in the Doris Wells Room of the foundation and
was led by specialist Johanna Ávila, who shared
theoretical and practical tools on verbal and body communication, greetings and appropriate behavior in meetings.
“Through effective communication and a coherent professional image,
we are able to project security, establish relationships of trust and open up new
opportunities for growth in any work environment,” said Ávila.
Participants Aura Hernández and Sorenny Morales evaluated the
contents and methodology of the day.
The Casa del Artista Foundation, attached to the Ministry of Popular Power
for Culture, promotes these activities as part of its technical
training and professional training initiatives.
