Carlos Escarrà: Militant of Truth and the Defense of Peoples (+seeding)

On January 25, 2012, the physical departure of the constitutionalist lawyer and distinguished revolutionary, Carlos Escarrà, a militant of truth and the defense of peoples, who stood out for his fiery verb and his fierceness in the defense of the Bolivarian Revolution and the rights of the majority.

Born on November 26, 1957, from an early age he began his political life as a sympathizer of the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV), a political organization where, despite not being military, he always maintained his sympathy, until his incorporation into the Bolivarian Revolutionary Movement 200 (MBR-200). There he was an active defender of the need to create a National Constituent Assembly to enact a Bolivarian Constitution, an objective that was achieved on December 15, 1999.

When the Revolution came to power, this master of law was a magistrate of the extinct Supreme Court of Justice, and vice-prosecutor of the Republic. He was later elected as a deputy to the National Assembly (AN) in 2005 and re-elected in 2010, where he remained until August 30, 2011, when he was appointed by Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez as Attorney General of the Republic, a position he held until the day of his death, as a result of a heart attack.
