Caracas Mayor's Office will convert the historic center of La Pastora into a model of economic development

The historic center of La Pastora, in Caracas, will be transformed into a model of communal economic development, in order to rescue heritage, promote tourism and improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.
The president of the Municipal Fund for the Support of Popular Power (FOMAP), Jesús García, explained to the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, that the comprehensive project is promoted by the mayor's office, through the institution he heads.
He announced that they are gathering all the economic information and the concrete agenda of action in the city's historic space, media reported.
García said that, among other things, they will generate a dynamic in which FOMAP will transfer resources to local enterprises.
