Caracas Mayor's Office deployed a cleaning operation to collect solid waste

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Melendez, reported that in order to improve environmental conditions, teams have been deployed in the Macarao parish, on the La Arenera route, clearing the area of solid and vegetable waste that was carried to the site due to recent rains.
This was announced by Meléndez through his account on the social network X, where he stressed that this work is also carried out in health centers, for the safe management of bioinfectious waste, which contributes to a safer and healthier environment.
The day was held as part of the actions of the Caracas Urban Processing, Collection and Cleaning System (SUPRACARACAS), with the objective of advancing the beautification and well-being of the city.
