CARACAS - MACARAO/Nahúm Fernández: What the People want is represented by President Maduro

The vice-president of mobilization of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nahúm Fernández, exalted this Friday the reasons that the People have to support President Nicolás Maduro in the elections next July 28.

“There are many reasons why today we can say why I am still with Maduro, why I have to support Maduro, why we as a people have to continue in this fight,” said the leader of the red awning during his speech at a march in support of the Head of State from the Macarao parish, in Caracas.

In this regard, Fernández stressed that they are two models that are being confronted: “those of us who are with President Nicolás Maduro and are betting on the future, on transcendental changes, those who believe in a Venezuela power, in the Venezuela of the future; and those who today, being deceived by their surnames, summon them to the Venezuela of the past, to Venezuela that has no other aspiration but to surrender to the States United of North America.”

He emphasized that what is at stake, “what the People want, what the neighborhoods of Caracas want, what the peoples of Venezuela who represent him want is President Nicolás Maduro, so from here we give him all the support, all the support to our President of the Republic to continue in this fight.”
