The candidate of the revolutionary forces, Nicolás Maduro, recalled this Monday the difficulties faced by the People of Venezuela due to the multiple attacks against the economy, driven by the extreme right and North American imperialism.

From the Coche parish, in Caracas, where he was greeted by a crowd ahead of the elections on July 28, the Bolivarian leader stressed that the people were unprotected “until Commander Hugo Chávez arrived on the roads of the Fatherland and we were always loyal to him in a permanent struggle.”

He stressed that in the constant battle against the attacks, “there were hard years that touched us; and I never hesitated, you were always by my side and we always came out ahead”.

In this regard, he pointed out that it was possible to reach 100% of the supply in the country. “Who created the CLAP and supplied the economy with domestic production? Who created a new system after 100 years that keeps the currency stable? Who won that economic war? Who was on the side of the town?” , the candidate asked, to which those present in unison answered: Nicolás Maduro.
