The National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT) exchanged classic helmets, known as Sandoval, for comprehensive devices that offer greater protection, in the parish of San Agustín, in Caracas.
From the La Ceiba sector of this populous Caracas parish, a group of motorcyclists participated in the competition, which demonstrated that they are aware of the importance of keeping regulatory documentation up to date for driving, as well as of the use of a helmet, a protector to protect drivers and crew members in the event of an accident.
Adrián Marín, winner of the competition, called on motorcyclists to be aware, to carry safety devices and documents contemplated in the Land Transport Act, INTT press reports.
For her part, Jessica García, another of the beneficiaries, applauded this initiative of the INTT to protect the lives of all motorcyclists and took the opportunity to invite those who drive this type of vehicle to wear a suitable helmet that truly protects the skull.
The activity was part of the carriage competition organized by Team Espartanos in the community of San Agustín del Sur.
It was full of games and music, where the youngest members of the house participated in a wagon competition, board games, recreational activities, toy deliveries and surprises.
The winners of these races were also awarded by the INTT, with full-face helmets, in the men's and women's categories, ensuring that they can continue to enjoy their passion for sports with maximum protection.
