CARABOBO - VALENCIA//Head of State warned: Patarucos are out there offering lies

This Thursday, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, held a telephone contact with the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, as part of the great mobilization in support of the Bolivarian Government and against imperial sanctions carried out in the south of Valencia, Carabobo state; the president warned of the manipulation of the opposition in search of of votes.

“The patarucos go around offering lies, here the only truth is the people and they are in the street, hope is in the streets and not for anyone,” said the Head of State.

He also questioned the absence of the opposition in the country's most difficult moments: “Where were those patarucos when they applied 900 sanctions to us and made us go through a storm? They weren't with the people, they were asking for sanctions.”

“When the pandemic hit, they weren't with the people. Who looked for free vaccines? Where were they when there was a blockade, queues and a shortage of supplies?” , said President Maduro.

Likewise, he urged the Venezuelan people that “we have to think about it very carefully, the patarucos appear only when it suits them, only when there are elections to come and deceive and lie, to come and steal as (Juan) Guaidó stole and stole, then went to Miami to live as a billionaire,” he also added Leopoldo López and Julio Borges to the list.
