Carabobo FC and Deportivo Táchira will face each other in the final of the 2024 Clausura Tournament of the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League).
Táchira finished undefeated as leader of Group B, after a 1-1 draw with Zamora FC, at the Pueblo Nuevo stadium, San Cristóbal, on the final day of the home run. Nicolás Femia scored 55′ for the visit and Anthony Uribe put equality at 80′.
The Aurinegro team finished as the
leader of their group with 16 points as a result of 5 victories and a draw.
Followed by Rayo Zuliano who reached 7 points, Caracas FC
6 and Zamora with 5.
For
its part, Carabobo FC thrashed Estudiantes de Mérida 0-3. The
goals for the Valencian team were scored by Juan Apaolaza in the 25th
minute, Gustavo González in 52' and Edson Tortolero in the 55'.
Carabobo also won the final undefeated, with a total of 14 points (4 won and 2 draws), beating Deportivo Guaira (13), Estudiantes de Mérida (6) and Monagas SC (1).
The Granate team will visit the Atigrad for the final match, on November 24 in Pueblo Nuevo.
