CANTV works to recover connectivity in La Guaira

The technical staff of the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) is carrying out a logistics deployment in Catia La Mar to restore connectivity to the affected areas. The priority of the state company is to guarantee access to telecommunications in camps enabled for contingency.

The telephone teams focus their efforts on optimizing the communications of families receiving priority care. In the same way, technical work ensures the operational continuity of connectivity and internet services in temporary shelter structures in the coastal region.

The repair day covers simultaneously the Republic of Panama Educational Complex, the Maritime University of the Caribbean and the School of Cabins. These key institutions serve as an operational base and a refuge for the entity's civil and military community.
