CANTV will bring Internet to more than 500 families in Ciudad Caribia

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) will implement a Wi-Fi solution in temporary multifamily homes in Ciudad Caribia, allowing Internet access to more than 500 families.

According to the state telephone company, the measure is part of the actions contemplated by the Great Mission Venezuela Renace to assist families who were affected by the double earthquake of last June 24.

The initiative aims to improve connectivity in housing spaces enabled for the relocation of these families.

CANTV noted that this action is in addition to the gradual attention provided by state institutions to support those affected, according to the progress of recovery efforts and the conditions of the designated places.

The company highlighted that connectivity is an essential resource for families to access information, communicate and carry out daily activities that require an Internet connection.
