CANTV restored services to more than 4,000 Petare subscribers

CANTV restored fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 4,000 residential, commercial and educational subscribers in Petare parish, in Miranda state, after overcoming damage caused by the vandalization of high-capacity cable.

The repair work of the network, according to a press release from Cantv, was carried out at the metropolitan distributor, on the Gran Cacique Guaicaipura highway, and included the replacement of 140 meters of cable, reconstruction of junctions and the testing of telephone lines.

The action of the telephone company's specialists made it possible to return connectivity to users in Terrazas del Ávila, Barrio Bolívar, La Parrilla, Metropolitano and Píritu.
