CANTV restored services to 180 stores in the Quinta Crespo market in Caracas

In Caracas, CANTV technical teams restored telecommunications services to more than 180 commercial premises in the Quinta Crespo Market, after carrying out corrective maintenance work on the networks.
According to a press release from the telephone company, the company's crews resolved incidents reported by users through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system. The work carried out included troubleshooting, reconstructing joints and checking telephone lines.
In addition, CANTV highlighted that its staff is still deployed in the 22 parishes of Caracas, paying attention to reports made by users through the 1x10 Good Governance system.
