CANTV provided comprehensive care to Achaguas users in Apure

Crews from the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) carried out a comprehensive care approach in the town of Achaguas in Apure. These are days to guarantee telecommunications to more homes, businesses and public institutions in this jurisdiction.

According to the CANTV press release, networks were laid out for the installation of fixed telephony to about 200 new subscribers, who are already enjoying the service. A day was also held to market WIFI modem equipment for the benefit of users who made their request through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.

The deployment in Achaguas also had an Itinerant Service Point, to provide users with procedures related to fault reporting, billing cycles and service requests.
