CANTV has treated more than 86% of the cases received through the VenApp

CANTV continues to work to bring its services to Venezuelan families

CANTV has resolved 86.6% of the cases received by the 1x10 Good Governance system, which represents more than 1,600,000 requirements collected through Venapp, said the president of the telephone company, M/G Jesús Aldana.

In this regard, during an interview conducted on the radio program Conatel Al Aire, broadcast on Radio Miraflores 95.9 FM, he highlighted that CANTV's plans for 2024 include achieving 95% effectiveness in responding to reports received through VenApp.

He also explained that, despite the blockade and the unilateral coercive measures imposed on Venezuela, CANTV has been working to continue offering quality telecommunications, so it has managed to connect up to 1 gigabyte, with its flagship product Aba Ultra, to make use of applications and tools from their homes, businesses or others.

On the other hand, according to a press release, the company will, in the short term, have its own Streaming television service combined with other vertical telecommunications products with GPON technology.

“This is a new product that CANTV would soon be launching,” he said.
