CANTV executes actions to democratize telecommunications for the benefit of the people

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV), held the Second Institutional Executive Committee of 2024, led by the company's president, Jesús Aldana, together with the team of Vice Presidents, where various topics of interest were addressed in order to move forward with the modernization of copper to fiber optic services.

The information was released by CANTV, on its account of the social network X, where it noted that the meeting took place at the headquarters of Los Cortijos, with the assistance of all the general managers of the Blue Force.

During the day, the importance of coordination between units to achieve the common objective, which is the democratization of telecommunications to the people, was highlighted.

Among the issues addressed are the company's financial situation, as well as the results of the Annual Operating Plan.

In addition, progress was reviewed in this year's three major projects: the 1×10 Good Governance System, the Construction of Optical Ports and the delivery of the Aba Ultra service.

The Work Plan of the CANTV Youth Movement was also presented, who highlighted training in areas of science, technology and telecommunications, as well as strengthening knowledge about the GPON platform, and encouraging participation in sports and recreational activities.
