CANTV continues to be deployed to restore telecommunications services in several areas of the country

The Blue Force of the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) remains deployed during Holy Week, in various areas of the country, to restore telecommunications services to users who reported through the VenApp of the System 1X10 of Good Governance.

Through its account on the social network X, CANTV reported that the state equipment was activated in the state of Barinas, where it re-established fixed telephone and Internet services in the capital city to more than 280 households in the Mijagua I sector, Corazón de Jesús parish, through work that solved an impact on the transmission media caused by deterioration.

He noted that “the company's work was carried out through repairs and optimization of cables and splices that serve the town. This action was part of the company's attention through the 1x10 Good Governance System”.

He also specified that in Nueva Esparta, CANTV carried out corrective maintenance work in the town of El Cercado, Gómez municipality, to restore fixed telephone and Internet services to subscribers in the area, within the framework of the Cantv Failure Resolution Plan.

In this regard, he indicated that “the work of the Blue Force contemplates the replacement of 150 meters of cable due to deterioration, and the reconstruction of junctions and terminals. In addition, the crews provide technical assistance to users who made their reports, through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance System.”

In another message, he reported that in Caracas, CANTV was deployed in the El Guarataro sector of San Juan parish, to restore telecommunications services to users in the sector.

“The actions carried out in the town by the company's technical personnel include the maintenance and repair of transmission equipment, checking telephone lines and verifying network points in homes,” he explained.

On the other hand, he highlighted that in Caracas he also held a marketing day for the Aba Ultra service to benefit more than 350 families in the Las Clavellinas sector, Carapita parish, who are already enjoying high speed Internet and 100% fiber optic.

He points out that during the activity, “CANTV workers, accompanied by spokespersons from the Technical Telecommunications Board, delivered and installed the ONT equipment, guaranteeing service through GPON technology to homes in the area”.
