CANTV carried out tasks to provide service to 200 new Achaguas subscribers

CANTV executed the laying of telephone networks to bring the service to 200 new subscribers in Achaguas, Apure state.

According to a press release from the telephone company, also, as part of a comprehensive approach to this population, a day was held to market WiFi modem equipment for the benefit of users who made their request through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.

The deployment in Achaguas also had an Itinerant Service Point, to provide users with procedures related to fault reporting, billing cycles and service requests. This module also focused on the use of the digital service channels provided by the Company.

On the other hand, a multidisciplinary team from Cantv held a meeting with the mayor of Achaguas, Daniel Nieves, with whom various strategies were evaluated to guarantee access to telecommunications in the town. At the meeting, the feasibility of installing an antenna to provide WiFi for All service, freely and free of charge in Plaza Bolívar, was also reviewed.
