Candidate Nicolás Maduro: Decree on the patron saint festivities of the Homeland's electoral campaign

The candidate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, in his registration with the Electoral Power, assured that the electoral campaign will be a patron saint's holiday. “We are going to do a joyful campaign. You know that for us the election campaign is a party and it has to be with rhythms, songs, dances, joy and happiness for the future,” he explained.
The candidate decreed “the patron saint festivities of the Fatherland's electoral campaign (..) for surnames; for the oligarchy for tronale; for imperialism”.
At the same time, he added that “we are planning the great transformations that Venezuela needs to build its free, democratic future. Slaves more than ever to any empire or oligarchy! , We are going with the Homeland Plan,” he said.
