The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed this Monday that the streets belong to Chavism and that means peace for the Fatherland.

“We are still on the street (...) Where Chavism is a guarantee of peace, when Chavism is on the street it is peace, we are hope and when hope is on the street it is that the people are on the street,” Cabello said during a PSUV press conference.

He stressed that the violent, who have always presented themselves as a threat to our People and the Fatherland, have been left wanting.

He also highlighted the beauty of last week's mobilizations in the Portuguese state, specifically in the communities of Biscucuy and Turén.

On the other hand, he indicated that the PSUV will accompany the workers of the Homeland next Wednesday, May 1. “There we will be accompanying the working class,” he said.

“Nobody is going to get us out of the streets, the streets belong to the people and especially in this case the people who want peace,” he said.
