Cabello: We must not repeat the mistakes with imperialism and the extreme right

This Friday, March 7, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reaffirmed that the revolutionary forces cannot repeat the mistakes we have made in the past with imperialism and its lackeys of the Venezuelan extreme right.

“They repeat the same script, we should not repeat the mistakes with them, we know them,” Cabello said, referring to what the empire did with Conviasa's aircraft, similar to what happened in the Fourth Republic with those of the Venezuelan airline Viasa.

In that sense, he recalled the large number of laboratories that imperialism has tried to set up to attack our country. “Every day they invent something new and we have survived everything, for example, they told us about migrants and we did things our way, no one imposed anything on us,” he said.

He emphasized that no one imposes anything on Venezuela, with which he does not agree. At the same time, he noted that he regrets that there are still Latin American presidents who think that things are only against Nicaragua, Cuba and Venezuela. “They're going to fall on you too and you're not going to be forgiven,” he said.
