Cabello: We are obliged to preserve peace

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that revolutionaries are obliged to guarantee peace in the country in the face of the destabilizing pretensions of the empire, in complicity with the Venezuelan right in the face of the elections of July 28.

“We are obliged to preserve peace. Early on he said: In the necessary activation, where the Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ) are not activated, the guarantors of peace are ourselves in every street, in every community, in every parish, in every electoral center,” said Cabello Rondón during the press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.

In this regard, he urged the Minister of People's Power for Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, to be alert “so that this doesn't catch anyone off the ground: attacks, arson attacks, etc. We must all take care of ourselves,” he stressed.

He stressed that their record of violence will always be defeated by the Popular Power, while indicating that the Law against Fascism will be approved so that people like Leopoldo López, Juan Guaidó, among others, do not lead a political life in Venezuela.
