“If something were to happen in our country, and I swear by the martyrs of February 27 and 28, the last names that have called for invasions and blockades, I don't know where they're going to get in, but we're going to go first for you,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

During his Con El Mazo Dando program, he emphasized that “no matter what they say, we are not going to allow some fifth columns in our country to come and make life easy for an invading army.”

“We are going to fight any invading army, but we are also going to combat those who sell Patria who ask for the invasion,” he warned and recalled that as part of the actions for the mobilization of the People and the will to combat against imperialism of Venezuelans, an event will be held this Thursday, February 29, in Caracas to commemorate the 20 years of Commander Chávez's anti-imperialist speech in the Botanical Garden and thus demonstrate once again “that this country is one of the who love this Homeland”.
