Cabello: We are going to install a Point and Circle in Petare that will serve as an example for neighborhoods in the country

The vice-president of the sector for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, announced this Friday that in Zone 6 of the José Félix Ribas neighborhood in Petare, Sucre municipality, Miranda state, a Point and Circle will be developed that will serve as an example for other neighborhoods in the country.

“We are going to develop a Point and Circle (...), we are going to install it there because around it there is a MERCAL, a little school, a library and there are some courts up there; we are going to install something very nice there, that is going to be a model for the neighborhoods of Venezuela and we want to start there, with Petare,” Cabello said during his program Sin Truco Ni Maña.

In that sense, referring to the tour he took through that area on Thursday, he indicated that this work will be carried out in conjunction with the Community Councils and all the structures of Popular Power in that community.

On the other hand, Cabello questioned the stigmatization that sectors have made against the country's neighborhoods. “There are working people out there (...) people doing what they know how to do,” he said.
